As a former Director of Leadership & Management Training, Jason partnered with companies across industries to design and develop programs for he development of managers, emerging leaders, and leadership teams. He now brings that same work to life through The Management Training Company where he partners with HR professionals and business leaders to provide training experiences that are clear, actionable and designed for impact.

Before his work in leadership development, Jason founded and scaled a multimillion-dollar company in the event industry, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges of leading teams and building businesses in a fast-moving environment. That hands-on executive experience shaped how he approaches coaching — grounded in real-world leadership, tested strategies, and an understanding of what it actually takes to lead teams and run a business.
